The space you rent will be a blank canvas, awaiting a unique & custom makeover from each brand chosen to showcase with us in 2019. 


Our team will provide your brand with a list of approved local or national artists. The artist will enhance your custom space with murals and host a small gallery within your tasting room. 

Seating & Furniture

You will be able to bring seating to your space. How do you want to try your product? Couches, chairs and bar stools are all welcome.

Bar / Cabinets / Storage

Build your dream bar to fit your space. Upon new tenant approval, we will be available to consult with your brand on building out our bar within your room. You should plan to incorporate cabinets that lock in order to store product inside of your tasting room. Additional storage will be available to each tenant in back of house.

Mood Lighting

We highly encourage thoughtful mood lighting throughout your tasting room. Throughout the build process, we will collaborate with you and your chosen artist on the best plan to light your space while highlighting the artwork on display.

Point of sales systems

Each tenant is responsible to set up their own Point of Sales system within their tasting room. We suggest accepting cash & credit, and we WILL be requiring each new tenant to set up Crypto Currency as a payment option.


  • Back Of House Features: Sinks, Refrigerator & Freezer, Dishwasher, Ice Machine, Laundry Machine, and additional storage.

  • Utilities: Electricity, Water, Heat and Wireless Internet are all included in your monthly flat rental fee.

  • Music: A Sonos Sound System is installed in each room which you will have access to control your own sound.
    Social Media, Publicity and Media Marketing will be facilitated by BOOZ hall RiNo Management with cooperation from tenants.

  • Cleaning: A Weekly Deep Cleaning & Property Maintenance.

  • A dedicated General Manager to facilitate staffing, property tenant communications and more.

  • Immersive Art and Monthly event programming to include Live Music, Private Events & More.

  • Outdoor Signage Space


  • Weekend DJ Parties & Live Music scheduled in-house to increase foot traffic. 

  • First Friday Art Walk, Friday Night BAZAAR and more neighborhood events to be planned in proximity to BOOZ hall RiNo.

  • Collaborative events such as BOOZ Crawls, Happy Hours, Holiday Promotions in partnership with tenants to be coordinated with Management.

  • Meet The Maker event series to launch February 2019 with featured tastings throughout BOOZ hall.

  • Monthly Cryto Currency Meet Ups and Crypto Industry Networking Socials

  • Opportunity for tenants to host private events in 1,400 sq. ft. event rental space.
